About Lalita Shree Maa

Lalita Shree Maa is a spiritual guide and healer who is guided by a deep passion to serve others in their journey to greater joy, inner freedom, and spiritual awakening. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in therapeutic, behavioral and spiritual practices for self-mastery, she guides others through a transformation of freeing themselves from the grip of destructive behaviors, and into a place where they can live in a state of inner calm, clarity and fulfillment in their lives.

Lalita met her guru, enlightened master Her Holiness Sai Maa in 2004, and since that time she has been a devoted disciple. Sai Maa’s teachings have shaped every aspect of her life and who she is today as well as informing and inspiring her work with students and clients.

In 2016 Lalita received initiation into Sai Maa’s monastic order, the Order of Sai Maa Brahmacharya, making manifest her profound devotion and commitment to the life of spirit.

Her devotion to spiritual growth and supporting others hasn’t gone unnoticed. In February 2019 she was initiated as Mahamandaleshwar into the Vishnu Swami lineage of India, a lineage that goes back over 2700 years. This acknowledgement signified her as an international spiritual leader.

Lalita Shree Maa has 2 decades of training and experience in working with the body, mind, and psychology to transform the root of where people feel stuck and carry past trauma, freeing them up to feel good about themselves every day so they can live a life of fulfillment and success.

She holds the following certifications: Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Soma Source Practitioner, Brain Spotting practitioner, Profound Healing Facilitator, and Neuroencoding Specialist.

As a teacher for Her Holiness Sai Maa for more than 13 years, Lalita Maa has taught programs all over the world and has coached people from all walks of Life.

She is also an artist, musician, and loves to dance and spend time in nature, particularly hiking and biking in the beautiful mountains of Colorado where she lives.
